Do you accept MEDICARE?

Yes, all doctors within Panhandle Eye Group accept MEDICARE assignment. MEDICARE pays 80% of the allowed amount after the $155.00 calendar year deductible is satisfied.

When can I schedule an appointment?

How long will the appointment last?

Depending on the type of exam, the appointment may last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Will my pupils be dialated?

In order to examine your eyes it may be necessary to dilate your pupils. Please call the office to determine if we anticipate the need to dialate your pupils during your appointment.

Will I need someone to drive me to and from my appointment?

If your eyes are dilated a driver is recommended.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring a complete and up-to-date list of all medications and eye drops you are presently taking. Please bring your insurance card(s).

Do you file my insurance for me?

Yes, Panhandle Eye Group will file your insurance for you. Our team of eye care professionals will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance.
